Helge Kristiansen at Norse Heritage Boats is a Norwegian of Viking descent. All his life he has had a strong passion for the sea and sailing boats. He learned to sail as a very young boy, on a variety of boats, from small fast dinghies to larger classic wooden boats.
Since then, he has sailed many times in the rough Norwegian Sea, the North Sea and the Skagerak, often single handed. He restored his first own boat more than 40 years ago and has a long experience in boatbuilding and woodwork.
Helge is now starting a new venture as a boatbuilder of small traditional sailboats in Sicily, and also invites his customers to come to his workshop and participate in building their own boat.
