Roger Barnes is an enthusiastic defender of sail and oar sailing.<\/span> Owner of an Ilur, Avel Dro, he regularly takes part in gatherings of small traditional boats, both in France and in England.<\/span> He chairs the “Dinghy Cruising Association” which brings together in England those who practice cruising on very small, non-decked boats.<\/span><\/div>\n

He is also the author of an exceptional book, where he delivers all his experience: The “Dinghy Cruising Companion” published by Adlard Coles Nautical.<\/span><\/div>\n
This book is a true bible of the practice of small boats cruising.
